We test every guitar (as tinnitus, sound test, finish) Before being sent out in order to make sure it is in good condition. If you have a problem or are not happy with our guitar, Please let us know immediately when you received it. We will try our best to meet you satisfaction.
Return Policy:
If you find that the item is not as described, please contact us within 7 days after you received. Payment will be refunded after we receive. Please make sure that must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. No refund of shipping and handling.
If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, the seller promises that you may return it before order completion (when you click "Confirm Order Received" or exceed confirmation timeframe) and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Or, you can choose to keep the product and agree the refund amount directly with the seller.
